RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
- Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 60-day Return & Refund Policy. Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 60 days of the package delivery.
- New or slightly used items are eligible for a full refund. If items are returned in very rough or heavily worn condition, a restocking fee may be applied. Please note any shipping charges with the order will not be refunded, as those are paid to dispatch the item.
How do I return my items?
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the return arrives safely. Customers may use any available carrier to ship the return.
- We recommend customers obtain proof of postage and contact us with the tracking information so we can monitor the progress. We also recommend customers include a note with the return containing the Order Number and buyer name, to aid in processing the return.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days after the item is received at our facility. The customer will be sent a confirmation email when the refund is submitted.
- After the refund is submitted, the funds will typically take about 1-3 business days to reflect back on the customer’s account, although this may vary depending on the payment method.
