WARRANTY POLICY
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
- We do! Your satisfaction is important to us, and our TORCH and MYTHIC brand products are covered under our 1-Year Express Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in material or manufacturing for 1 year after the item was received by the customer.
- Warranty applies to the original buyer and does not apply to used or secondhand purchases.
How do I make a warranty request?
- Please contact us at cs@torchedc.com or (909) 276-4487 regarding any issues or defects with our products. We ask that you please email or text us photos of the defects so we can address your concerns and review the issue for our quality control.
- After reviewing the photos, we'll replace the defective item at no cost to you. As we're continuously modifying and improving our product line, you may receive an updated version of the item as a replacement.
