How much does shipping cost ?

  • We offer free shipping on all TORCH EDC Gear and MYTHIC brand products to the United States and domestic territories. Items dispatched with our free shipping service will typically be sent with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Mail.
  • Expedited shipping options with USPS, UPS, and DHL are available by request for additional cost. Please contact us at 909-276-4487 to discuss expedited shipping rates before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we do! Orders outside of the US and domestic territories are shipped using Priority Mail International unless stated otherwise. Please message us directly if you would like to use DHL, UPS, or other international shipping service. Customer pays for the cost of international shipping.
  • Please note that our international shipping does not cover any import or duty fees that may be applied by the customs office at the destination country.

      How soon will you ship my order?

      • TORCH and MYTHIC brand items are shipped within 1 business day. These items will be shipped out same-day if the order is placed before 12 noon PST, Monday through Friday.

      Where will my item ship from?

      • TORCH and MYTHIC brand items are dispatched out of our warehouse in Orange County, CA.

        How long is my order in transit?

        • Domestic orders typically take between 2-5 business days to arrive.
        • For faster shipping, please contact us at 909-276-4487 before placing your order and we will provide a price quote for expedited delivery based on your location.  We offer expedited shipping options with USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Second-Day Air. We will be happy to work with you based on your shipping needs.

        Is there a signature requirement for delivery?

        • We add a signature requirement for all shipments above $300 as a courtesy upgrade to help prevent package theft. This is a liability procedure to prevent our customers from having expensive packages stolen and to protect ourselves from paying out of pocket costs due to theft. If you do not want a package to be sent with a signature requirement, please contact us after placing the order and we will remove the signature requirement prior to shipping.

        What if my package is stolen after delivery?

        • TORCH Industries is not responsible for stolen packages. However, if an item has been marked as delivered, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the postal carrier to attempt to locate the missing package. We also suggest checking with neighbors and examining the area near the delivery site to ensure the package has not been placed in a different spot other than listed on the tracking manifest.
        • If the carrier's investigation team deems the package as stolen, we highly suggest filing a police report with local authorities and sending us a copy of the completed report or reference number. Once we verify the report, we will either refund your order or reship a new item to your location. Please note it is a crime to falsify a police report.
